Thank you for enrolling in our 3D modeling courses. We are committed to providing high-quality education and ensuring your satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

1. Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of enrollment. If you decide that our course is not suitable for you within this period, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

2. Course Cancellation by Student

Before Course Start Date

More than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a $50 administration fee.
7-14 days before the course start date: 75% refund.
Less than 7 days before the course start date: 50% refund.

After Course Start Date

Within the first week: 50% refund, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
After the first week: No refund is available unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Course Cancellation by Zimzak

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, we will offer you the following options:

Full refund of the course fee
Transfer to another course of equal value
Credit for future courses

4. Course Transfers

If you wish to transfer to a different course or a later intake of the same course, the following conditions apply:

Requests made more than 14 days before the course start date: Free transfer.
Requests made 7-14 days before the course start date: $50 transfer fee.
Requests made less than 7 days before the course start date: $100 transfer fee.
After the course has started: Transfers are only available in exceptional circumstances and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Technical Issues and Course Access

If you experience technical issues that significantly impact your ability to access or complete the course, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation if the issue cannot be resolved.

6. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

To request a refund or course transfer, please contact us at info@zimzak.world with the following information:

Your full name
Course name and start date
Reason for refund or transfer request
Preferred method of refund (if applicable)

We aim to process all refund requests within 10 business days of approval.

7. Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

8. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel or transfer your enrollment due to serious illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these cases individually and may request supporting documentation.

9. Changes to Course Content

We continuously update and improve our courses to ensure they remain relevant and of high quality. While we strive to deliver all advertised content, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the curriculum, teaching staff, or delivery method. These changes do not entitle you to a refund unless they substantially alter the nature of the course.
